Design: multidisciplinary team
Teciman start a project design of portable manufacturing systems for the sector chemist and miner, after completing other component design work aerospace.
The same team providing solutions to projects from different sectors and with different software. This is possible thanks to the multidisciplinary capacity and experience of the Design and Simulation unit.
Aerospace component design
In the aerospace project, we carried out the design of particular components with CATIA. Specifically communications satellite parts.

We provide support in the design, development, manufacturing and maintenance of aircraft, aeronautical components, communication systems, satellites…. We are specialists in CAD Design and Simulation of the space sector.
Experience in aerospace
- Calculation and validation of aerospace structural elements, simulation of the manufacturing of structural parts of satellites and antennas, mechanical design, management of control surfaces...
- Industrialization of aviation elements – tooling design and analysis, measurement systems management (hardware and software), supervision of small tooling projects, management of projectile mountings, development of fuselage structures, management of APU interfaces…

Design of structures for the chemical and mining sector
And now we begin the Design of structures, with SolidWorks, for mineral raw material treatment components already built. Where our engineers carry out the reverse engineering for the improvement, updating and sizing of the new components to be installed.
We have extensive experience in the piping design, generation of parts and assemblies, delineation of 2D manufacturing plans, CAD data management, design optimization... for different sectors and activities.

We carry out under computer-aided design (CAD), the development of new products even to improve existing ones.
We create three-dimensional models of parts and assemblies to visualize the final product. And make it possible to make the appropriate modifications to the part before its production.
