In an increasingly globalised, technological and competitive environment, knowing how to use recruitment tools and conduct interviews is essential. The sector is developing and changing every day, with new platforms, new tests, and an increasingly connected and modern way of searching for candidates.

Next October, a course on recruitment and selection of personnel will take place at the AIC in Boroa, Basque Country. It will be organised by Téciman International, together with the AIC (Automotive Intelligence Center). At Téciman we are specialists in the selection and recruitment of managers and technicians. Our team, made up of professionals from the areas of HR, Engineering, Quality, manage professional recruitment processes on a daily basis, guaranteeing our clients the candidates that fit their needs. We are experts in the search for both management profiles (i.e., Directors, Project Managers) and technicians (i.e., Quality Engineers, Process – Product, etc.)

What does it consist of?

The training will consist of a working day, during which seminars on recruitment and headhunting “4.0” will take place. We will review in detail the different tools available, such as LinkedIn, Infojobs, Infoempleo, and how to use them efficiently. We will learn how to search for candidates proactively, instead of just waiting for them to find us. In addition, we will offer our expertise and experience in organizing interviews, both in person and via Skype, WebEx, etc.

This event will be held at the headquarters of the Automotive Cluster in Boroa. As a partner of the AIC, Téciman International We aim to be an active partner in this, trying to contribute our grain of sand to the development of automotive companies. This training is aimed at Human Resources professionals, or anyone who works part or all of their time doing selection processes, whether their companies are members of the Automotive Cluster or not.
