Téciman signs as Premium Channel Partner of Renishaw. This agreement provides us with updated resources of technical support, marketing and sales, with the help of a leading expert in 3D Metrology.
Téciman has been selected to be part of this program for two reasons:
- The experience acquired in these more than 30 years.
- The specific knowledge in disciplines of metrology and manufacturing cutting-edge.
The program Channel Partner Launched in 2021, Renishaw’s new product line aims to continually improve local customer service and product support levels across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) sales region.
Téciman has collaborated with Renishaw on various projects, such as the Full integration of the Equator on production lines. This system allows the manufacturing process of series of parts to be controlled by dimensional comparison using a reference pattern. It reduces part rejection and bottlenecks, with very low maintenance costs.
Our Automation and Robotics Unit perform the design and development, programming, installation and commissioning of this caliber of high repeatability at the customer's facilities.
That is, the technical team of Téciman offers a comprehensive service: provides a solution to the way of automatically feeding the system, designs and manufactures the necessary tools, programs the PLC, robot and the Equator itself, and finally assembles and installs it on the client's production line, with the corresponding tests and validations.
